1. PAYMENT

You may pay for our services using Paypal. We now accept all major credit/debit cards too. When providing a credit /debit card, or Paypal  information, the credit/debit card or, Paypal must be your own. If the credit/debit card or, Paypal does not belong to you, you must have permission from the account holder to use their card or, account for your transactions.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Please note, items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.

Any use of fraudulent chargebacks simply to get free merchandise is not only strictly prohibited, but also criminal fraud, and will be dealt with by reporting such chargebacks to your local police department and a credit bureau, as well as referring the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction.

You will also be BLACKLISTED for life.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

An email confirmation will be sent once payment has been received. Once the order has been confirmed, the item(s) will be processed, packed and shipped out and as such, it will not be possible to cancel your order. In the event that you opt to cancel the order after delivery, you agree that the associated delivery charges, plus 50% restock fee will be deducted from your payment before making any refund by us.

3. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Modifications and cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed, or completed. We will not accept any modification or cancellation requests after the order has been completed, packed or shipped.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping confirmation email will be sent. Please keep this email as a reference as it will also include your order tracking number, carrier and instructions on how to track your package.

5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Shipping/Standard Shipping & USPS First Class International Shipping.

Certain orders will not have the option of first class like certain lotteries and online drops. In which case we will ship orders via USPS Priority Mail/ USPS Priority Mail International.

Please ensure all information is correct when providing your shipping information during checkout. We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order. Delays may also occur due to pending payment verification's, pre-ordered items, and customs clearance.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders for certain limited edition items where information is incomplete and/or inaccurate. Or if it's 1 per, and you ordered multiples. It is at our discretion to cancel your order completely.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & POLICY

We ship First Class International USPS.

We package every item with the utmost amount of love and care and ship in the same exact condition we would expect our own collectibles to be shipped

to/and arrive to ourselves.

• First Class Shipping only supplies tracking information up unto US customs. Once your item(s) have shipped abroad they will be declared as a COMPLETED shipment.

• We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen item(s) shipped internationally.

•  It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with their postal service or customs for any damaged, lost, or stolen package. Please email us if you need us to provide any information to help you obtain your item, or refund if any of these situations arise. We will try to the best of our capability to help you as much as we can.

• It is the customers responsibility to take care of any of their countries customs fee's they may have once their item arrives if any.
  
  In some cases we will also ship using USPS Priority Mail International. If you prefer this method over USPS First Class International we ask that you request it if we do not have it as an option. Some items due to the rarity and value we will make this the only option as a form of payment method. You can request USPS First Class international as long as you abide by the policy above.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original, unopened, sealed, and resalable condition with all tags and original packing attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange.

To return or exchange your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request., along with pictures within 24 hours once item is marked delivered to sender (you) via tracking information. We will review your request and will send you a case number and Exchange/Return form once authorized. Please ensure to include your order number and case number on the Return/Exchange form, otherwise there may be delays in processing your return.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days and refunded to your original form of payment. We will email you once it has been processed. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you have requested an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived.

Please note: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.

Upon dispute, Blacklist Toys reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

For the most part ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless stated otherwise due to items limited nature. For that we do NOT make exceptions for returns, exchanges or cancellations.

7. PRICE CHANGES & STOCK AVAILABILITY

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

While we endeavor to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, occasionally ordered items may not be available as listed.

In the case that part of your order is unavailable or out of stock, the item(s) will be cancelled from the order with notification and where applicable, a refund shall be applied for the cost of the regarding item(s).

Blacklist Toys ensures that all our product descriptions and prices are up-to-date and as accurate as possible. However, in few cases, pricing errors may occur with our listings. Should we discover a pricing error while processing your order and payment, we will immediately rectify the problem before cancelling and refunding you for your order. We will also make sure to inform you about the error with your order as soon as possible.

8. LOTTERY RULES

• All Entrants must be at least 18+ to Enter the Lottery, subscribed, and registered with Blacklist Toys Prior to Entering. Below are the Rules in which to register and Enter the Lottery. Applicants must go to the registration page, enter their email and create a password. Applicants will than be sent an email with a private link and fill out ALL fields within the forum. Once approved, all registered entrants will be on file and documented in our Blacklist Toys Database according to their name, photo, email address, Paypal email, Facebook, & Instagram.

• One Member per house hold, Paypal, persons and address.

1. We Reserve the right to disqualify/cancel any entrants who dis obey the rules.

2. Only ONE Entry per Person.

3. Each entrant via Email must specify the item inside the Subject portion of the Email.

4. Please write your Name, Shipping address, Facebook Handle, IG Handle, Email Address, Form of Payment Method with Paypal Information, Lottery Item, and the Retail cost of the item. All this is to be filled out in the Text portion of the Email. You MUST put in both of the social media handles. You need to have at least one photo for us to approve you for qualification. WE DO CHECK. 

5. Entrant must have Valid social media accounts along with valid PAYPAL account and mailing address as the home address and/or shipping address.

6. We will only ship to the address specified on the file. NO EXCEPTIONS.

7. Entrant must send valid photo. We recommend to send a email copy of your drivers license via Email entry. Please BLACK OUT any and  ALL information other than your name, birth date,
   photo, and address.

8. Any Entrant who is declared a Winner will be notified via Email. ONLY WINNERS WILL. BE NOTIFIED.

9. All entrants agree that if they win they are not capable of selling the item for up to a specified time frame. The time lot will be within the description of the item. This includes trading. Anybody entering a lottery who won and is caught flipping/reselling our/artists items will be BLACKLISTED for life from Blacklist Toys. Entrant Caught flipping/reselling any of our lottery won items gives Blacklist Toys permission to, and you agree to allow Blacklist Toys to post their (your') name, social media handles, and email address via our "Blacklisted" blog. The "Blacklisted" blog is set to Private and is ONLY for artist & and company doing a online lottery or drop upon request only. Only those who request to access the page will get a time sensitive temporary password to enter.
   It is used for a check list only.

10. We at Blacklist Toys will never share any of our members or customers personal information such as credit card, or PayPal information. EVER!

11. We reserve the right to Blacklist any entrants we want who we know are not abiding the rules. We also reserve the right to share that information on our private blacklisted blog with those who have access to the secret blog consisting of artist and serious collectors within in the community. Along with a list of all those customers email addresses from all those caught Flipping, or trying to cheat with their names and certain information that will blacklist those people from any other future lotteries online, or at events, as well as with other artist whom request such details. We will Never share personal information. Just with those Artist whom request. Not Collectors, Not Friends, Not ANYBODY who's not approved as an artist or company with an official release. However, people will be aloud to see who you are by photo, along with your first name and last initial.
     

LOTTERY RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
